Regulation and Terms of Use

Read this before you get on track. These rules exist so everyone has a good time without incidents.

2. Safety First

- Your helmet must be fastened properly, every time. - No scarves, loose clothing, or open footwear. - Long hair must be tied back. - The safety briefing is mandatory, no exceptions.

3. Conduct and Fair Play

- Intentional collisions are prohibited and result in immediate exclusion from the session. - Respect all flags and marshal instructions. - If you stop on track, stay in the kart. Sit still and raise your arm.

4. Health Restrictions

Not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart, back, or epilepsy problems. Alcohol is prohibited.

5. Material Damage

Damage caused by deliberate misuse is the driver's responsibility, who will assume repair costs.

6. Cancellation Policy and Weather

Bookings may be cancelled according to the following policy: - More than 48 hours in advance: full refund or credit for a new booking; - Less than 48 hours in advance: deposit is forfeited / no refund; - Cancellation due to extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, strong wind): full credit or rescheduling at no additional cost.

7. Liability and Insurance

Kartódromo Vila Nova de Paiva has the mandatory insurance required by law. We are not responsible for personal property left on site.

8. Image Capture

The facility has CCTV cameras for security purposes. If we want to use images of you for promotional content, we ask for written permission separately. Entering the facility does not count as consent for that.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The chosen jurisdiction is the District of Viseu (Comarca de Viseu).
